• not looking forward to a specialist appointment soon…
• felt ashamed for forgetting the big picture visual design steps for work :'(
  • need to take it slow and not rush it
• otherwise got supportive feedback and kinds words for what I juggle with at my own pace with work :’) <3
  • work is intense…!!
• for an event I got embarrassed from attending something
  • because nobody in my team prepared anything so I noped out of there
  • I don’t want to talk in front of strangers
• not sure if it’s worth posting art to discord servers (probably not) but it’s nice sometimes
  • popular skilled artists don’t post at art communities much – maybe only their own server/socials
  • also can’t expect/demand replies back since it’s a public forum
  • (even my own server I only respond if I have something to add and resonate with)
  • if it’s 1 to 1 DMs then it depends if it’s a conversation or just sharing updates/things
• not doing as much art as I want and I need to get back into the habit of doing it more often
  • not keen on forcing myself though when I’m mentally checked out and not functioning well…
• I need to iterate a character design I have and get around do a low poly model of it
  • I don’t think I’ll do low poly art regularly as it’s not usually my thing
  • but I promised to eventually do another low poly character and make a video of it…
• also need to get back to making my discord emotes after that
• after this I hope to focus on learning/studying for real (I hope) with fanart and doodles on the side
• also there’s times you just spiral and so you remind yourself that there’s still positive things in your life
  • just keep moving forward day by day :’)
• watched the game The Drifter and it’s an incredible story and game
• it’s kind of sad when someone indirectly reveals that they’re indifferent about you
  • at least you know you’re not their priority…
• In the middle of watching the anime Umamusume: Cinderella Gray
  • seeing the tropes; one of which frustrated me because old uncle was unhelpful and evasive just for the sake of making drama

Anyhoo feeling behind on personal art and learning because of self sabotage(??) :<

I need to “do it” slowly and stop overthinking and replanning things…

it’s just so much to juggle and I keep doubting myself how realistic it all is…
