My Nomad Panda is still not finished but I’ve brought him through to the render stage to see what can be done better (and because I had it due last Thursday of course!) He’s still a pretty plain panda, but I will hopefully change that as I develop him more. Stay tuned!
Rendered Nomad Panda version 1
I’ll just say version 1 as I’ll probably reattempt some things all over again to make a better version 2 Nomad Panda before I move on from this character. Topology needs redoing for one thing. And I’ll need to properly paint textures in next time around.
Please note this is a screen character rather than a game character.

I had close up renders as well but relative to those shown, they didn’t look as good. I also had two video turnarounds for version 1 but I’d rather post up turnarounds for version 2 instead…if I get to that stage that is.
Kudos to all the feedback and help from a few classmates and my teacher that helped me take this Panda to where he is so far! (:
Calling for further feedback
Now, I call for more feedback, ideas & suggestions as I continue developing him with accessories (and maybe a better looking thing to sit on) as well for version 2. Not sure if I would have him with dynamic fur as I’ve pretty much sculpted the fur. Thoughts, opinions and other whatnot also welcome if you got ideas to make this Panda look even better.
