Oof having sad feelings about mortality today :'( Gotta cherish the people and what I have in the present :<

I do feel like there’s always social group things I’m missing out on and I don’t have the capacity, energy nor interest for most of them. I don’t want to be in the “desperate for friendship for the sake of it” headspace either. Because people can usually sense it, I build myself up for disappointment, abandonment, loneliness and despair and it doesn’t work out anyway. It’s not coming from a genuine interest for the other people or the activities/interests involved.

Digressing – I really need to get more quality bonding mileage time!! I’m selective with I want to hang with and working around schedules/things so it’s a juggle. I’m open to 1 to 1 chats but it has to be mutual with effort, understanding, intentions, respect, interest, time, trust, communication, comfort, honesty, etc :0!!

Also this video essay on Korea’s Plastic Surgery Industry – how asians get judged by these unrealistic standards even if you’re not Korean :/ Personally I’m far from this ideal as I’m more angular with my face and feel like I don’t look good at most angles…I just don’t look at my face too often 🙁

Also trying to do my best with work and manage my low key anxiety/self doubts as usual wahhh!! I guess it keeps me on my toes as I refuse to be complacent :0 I mean I’m confident I can do it and eventually get there with every task I do but I am always managing and pushing through the doubts and uncertainties. I am always learning after all :’)

Anyhoo keeping it short today!! Shall keep it short often especially if I don’t have the time, energy and things to say!!
