SuperListenMode: Dealing with feels

Perhaps do all three. 
Talk to somebody you trust too.
Or just distract yourself with learning, rest or escape through entertainment :')
Whatever works.  

Stuff suppressing and pretending I don't have feelings!
I've do plenty of that already with emotionally unavailable people not worth my time ;P I hope to get better at releasing and letting go these feelings of resentment, fear and hurt with forgiveness, self love, time, learning and acceptance. 

I digress. Speaking as someone who's trying to not get hurt as the default...it's okay to not feel fine right now, doing your best with what you have in stride and be picky with who you care about. :(

I have hope and I will keep pushing through.
